An emergency contact must be able to reach camp within eight hours. Confirm international admission, language and medical needs; regular camp and backpacking have different eligibility rules.
Add a US$125 non-refundable registration fee and US$100 store deposit per camper.
Accepted sessions require a US$1,000 deposit per session; waitlisting normally takes a refundable US$500 deposit.
Balance is due March 15, 2027; deposit and tuition then become non-refundable, with earlier escalating cancellation fees.

The camp cannot supervise campers overnight on Saturday after delayed flights; families need a fallback plan.
