1 Scope and service providers
These terms cover ASCWORLD’s public websites at ascworld.cn, ascworld.net and their www subdomains, including Chinese and English pages, school and camp catalogues, news and program descriptions, inquiry forms and receipts.
ASCWORLD (Xi’an) Education Technology Co., Ltd. and ASCWORLD EDUCATION AND TRAVEL SERVICE LLC carry out business according to the relevant service arrangement. Your lawfully agreed proposal and formal agreement identify the contracting entity, scope and parties’ rights and obligations. This website describes education consulting and related coordination. It does not represent that ASCWORLD holds a travel-agency licence or promise services requiring a particular qualification.
2 Website and program information
School, camp and course details, dates, fees, ages or grades, language requirements, minimum duration and other conditions help you explore and compare options. Read them with their stated year, scope, update date and qualifications. Historical programs or prices do not establish current availability or pricing. Wording such as “ask an adviser” means verification is needed; it does not confirm a place or an enrollment price.
School codes identify inquiries; they are not official school names, accreditation or guarantees. Camp names, school information, photographs and external links do not by themselves establish official partnership, endorsement or authorization. Places, courses and arrangements may change. Obtain a written proposal and confirmation applicable to you before enrolling or paying. Please contact us about a material error.
Read photographs and examples with their captions, context and dates. Photographs from past projects show circumstances at that time and do not guarantee the same people, facilities, activities or experience in the future. Reference school or camp photographs do not replace confirmation of a particular program. Image and likeness rights must still be handled lawfully.
3 Inquiries and submission results
The form lets you explain your needs and contact staff. You may edit prefilled text. Check the category, contact details, school or camp reference and message before submitting, and read the Privacy Policy before making the relevant choice.
The system saves an accepted inquiry before arranging a staff notification. A valid receipt records the save acknowledgment. It does not establish that the notification email has arrived or an adviser has read it, or confirm enrollment, a booking, a price, admission, a visa or a service contract.
If the outcome is unknown, the inquiry may already be saved. Keep the receipt or original page and ask staff to check before creating another submission. The page only attempts a retry when you act as instructed. Opening the success page directly is not proof of submission.
4 Responsible use and information
You may browse to learn about our services and share page links. Do not engage in unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, infringement, attacks or disruption, bypass access restrictions, improperly collect personal information or distribute harmful software.
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Use the adult enquirer’s contact details for an initial inquiry and avoid identity or passport details, passwords, health or financial information, and other unnecessary sensitive data. A parent or guardian should inquire about a child’s plans. Collecting and using specific children’s information also requires the applicable notices and authorizations.
5 Intellectual property and concerns
The website’s text, designs, branding, photographs and other content are protected by the relevant rights. Unless permitted by law or the rights holder, do not reproduce, adapt or commercially use content or remove rights or source notices.
If content may infringe your copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights, contact us with the specific URL, relevant content, basis of your claim and a way to reach you. Attribution, a non-affiliation statement and a complaints channel do not replace required permission or exclude legal responsibility.
6 Third parties and independent decisions
When you choose to use WeChat, Xiaohongshu, telephone, email or external websites, the relevant third party’s rules apply separately. Visa, entry, school admission and camp acceptance decisions are made by the relevant authority or institution. Website content, advice and past examples do not guarantee approval, admission, availability or learning outcomes.
Campus visits such as UCLA visits, where included in an itinerary, should be understood under that itinerary. A website reference alone does not create a separate enrollment program.
7 Formal services and legal rights
Service fees, payment, changes, cancellation, refunds, supplier responsibility and disputes are governed by the lawfully agreed formal contract and applicable law. These terms do not replace a signed service agreement or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
We reasonably maintain the website and its content. Maintenance, network issues or third-party circumstances can cause interruption, delay or outdated information. Responsibility is determined by law and the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including legally applicable liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8 Updates and contact
Updates will show a date. Material changes to existing services are handled under the relevant agreement and law; a website update does not automatically change previous agreements retroactively. We will obtain any consent separately required for a change.
Contact us through the Contact page or call 400-836-8861 in mainland China or (312) 913-6868 in the U.S. and internationally. Unresolved disputes may be referred to a competent body under applicable law. Both language versions are intended to convey the same meaning. Please ask us to clarify an inconsistency; applicable law and lawfully agreed terms remain unaffected.
