AstroCamp is based in Idyllwild. Its 2027 program offers one-week sessions for ages 7–13 and two-week sessions for ages 12–17, giving families options by age and experience away from home.

2027 standard tuition is USD 2,900 for one week or USD 4,600 for two. Early-registration discounts through October 31, 2026 are USD 250 and USD 400 respectively, subject to confirmation. Deposits are USD 300 and USD 500 respectively. A regulatory-cost surcharge of up to USD 150 may apply. Deposits are nonrefundable, the balance is due May 1, and cancellations must be written. Nonmedical cancellations before February 1 and from February 1–April 30 incur different cancellation charges plus the deposit; May 1–14 incurs 25% of tuition, May 15–31 incurs 50%, and after June 1 incurs the full tuition. Medical exceptions require a physician’s letter; confirm boundary dates and deposit treatment in the enrollment terms. Airport transfers, airline unaccompanied-minor services and approved off-window flights cost extra; the terms also reserve a possible regulatory-cost increase.

Travel & participation

Camp airport transfers use Ontario International Airport (ONT), with no LAX service

Typical flight windows are 9:30–11:30 a.m. for arrival and noon–2:00 p.m. for departure; confirm for the selected session before booking
