Circle F Dude Ranch Camp in Lake Wales has a strong riding and Western-ranch identity, alongside ropes, sports, arts and water activities. Campers are grouped by age, with separate boys’ and girls’ cabin areas and air-conditioned buildings. The independent camp welcomes all faiths and states that it does not teach or practice a particular religion.

Leatherwork, roping, square dancing and chuck-wagon cooking introduce Western ranch traditions.
Ropes and climbing add physical challenges beyond riding, with activity-specific participation requirements.
Making, dance, theater, swimming and boating give campers several ways to balance their day.
Horseback riding is optional and carries no additional camper activity fee, with instruction matched to ability.
Main sessions include rodeo and horse-show traditions where campers demonstrate what they have practiced.
Five age divisions cover ages 6–16, with separate cabin areas for boys and girls and a consistent residential group.
Before enrollment and a non-refundable deposit, disclose learning, physical, mental-health or behavioral support needs. The camp explicitly does not accept habitual bedwetters. Paintball and axe throwing require age 10+, and riding is assessed by ability.
A non-refundable USD 750 deposit is required per camper per session. A second payment is due February 1, 2027; all balances and add-ons are due May 1. Refunds before May 1 exclude the deposit; afterward payments are non-refundable.
Optional paintball is USD 85/week, theme-park excursions USD 285/trip and airport transfers USD 200 each way. Card payments add 3%, echecks 1%, and wire payments USD 35.
Tuition includes regular activities, lodging, meals, daily snacks and weekly laundry. Confirm waterpark arrangements for the selected session.
Health paperwork: a physical within one year is required, with provider forms, parent authorization, immunizations and medication information submitted at least 14 days before camp.
Travel: MCO transfers may be arranged for USD 200 each way. Coordinate flights with camp and provide itineraries at least two weeks ahead; ask an advisor about Tampa.
International preparation: confirm language needs and eligibility. Passports, travel documents and personal electronics are held by the office during camp and returned for departure.
