Start with a skill, then put it into play, creative work and life by the lake.
New York’s Camp Echo is a coed residential camp centered on Lake Echo and two temperature-controlled pools. Activity periods begin with a skill before moving into play or practice, with more choice as campers mature. Animal care, riding, ropes and arts sit alongside sports and waterfront activities. Three-, four- and seven-week sessions offer several ways to fit camp into a summer, including for siblings with different interests.
