2027 full-week overnight sessions run June 6–12, June 13–19, June 20–26, July 11–17, July 18–24 and July 25–31, at USD625 per session, including three daily meals and camp activities. Mini camp costs USD170 per session. Contact an advisor for specific dates, transportation and registration arrangements. The 2027 overnight deposit is fully refundable through March 31; this does not establish the treatment of later cancellations or full tuition. Confirm the complete cancellation terms before payment, separately for day and overnight programs. Day-camp buses and late pickup may incur extra charges.

Travel & participation

Some day-camp routes serve McAllen, Weslaco and Harlingen; confirm charges, stops and early departure times.

For day camp, families need local accommodation, an adult responsible for transport and an emergency contact.

Families visiting from overseas should confirm visitor eligibility, health paperwork and emergency-contact requirements.
