Explore English communication and American culture in a Seattle university-campus setting. Classroom practice and campus activities are combined in a fixed short program for learners with basic English.
This language and culture course runs for three fixed weeks, with 15 hours per week. Study focuses on listening, speaking, vocabulary, American idioms and U.S. culture. Optional Seattle activities are available on two afternoons per week.
This course does not provide F-1 eligibility. Whether another status fits an individual’s travel and study plans must be confirmed separately; weekly hours alone do not determine eligibility.
For applicants under 18, supervision and housing arrangements require separate confirmation.
Ask an adviser for a quote for the selected dates. Confirm tuition, application charges, materials, optional activities and cancellation terms before booking. Accommodation, meals, flights and transport are not automatically included.
Winter participants arrange their own housing. Summer campus-housing conditions do not apply automatically to winter.
